VRBO HQ Austin, TX

VRBO Headquarters: The House of Science VRBO, a tech-focused travel company based in Austin, TX, consolidated its satellite offices into one location, creating the "house of science." The wayfinding package was inspired by the modular nature of the periodic table. The unique vertical circulation, featuring grand stairs on opposite ends of the floor plates, posed an interesting wayfinding challenge. Floor-to-ceiling wall graphics, themed around climates and travel destinations, connected vertical circulation to social areas while avoiding workspaces. Each elevator lobby features custom pegboards with hundreds of wooden pegs forming floor numbers, encouraging playful interaction.
